In this episode, you'll discover how Andolini and his partner BritishTwunk tackled the "La Tournette" hike, classified in difficulty ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) with a vertical drop of 1,150 metres for a total distance of 12 km.
The hike begins with majestic Lake Annecy below. Then, after an hour's climb, Andolini and BritishTwunk were soon covered by thick cloud cover. The first rain surprised them and they took shelter near a refuge to wait for the rain to pass. During these few minutes, BritishTwunk eagerly enjoyed another peak. Then, with the rain over, the two partners packed away their equipment to continue their ascent, but it wasn't easy as the wind picked up and the rain intensified. They soon reached the summit, only to come down again amid the rising torrents of water.
